Did you have a Tragic Childhood, dysfunctional family, toxic parents? What is a “Toxic Parent”? Some parents have issues, or poor parental modeling, which they pass on to the next generation. These issues can range from plain selfishness from blind ambition, to serious mental illness, to addictions. Breaking the cycle of the generational hand-down of toxic parenting is a challenge, but it can be done. I personally know those challenges, I have broken the cycle, and am now on the other side. I share from personal experiences, and from the heart, with the hope that someone will find the tools they need to live a more productive and fulfilling life, breaking the cycle for themselves.
